The Ninth Gate Film Studies
Here are 6 more film studies I did, this time for "The Ninth Gate",
another one of my favorite movies. It's a great exercise to get the
colors right (no eyedropper) and to get the overall shapes/masses with
few brushstrokes. I'm posting the original screenshots, too, this time. I'll definitely be doing this more often as it's great practice.

This is an awesome idea! How long did you spend on each painting? At first glance i thought it was duplicate stills or something.
